Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team at zarflifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Once an order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the product.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

To start a return, please contact our team at zarflifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and return reason. Once your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions and the shipping address.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• Items that appear used or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photos and order details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different size or style, please place a new order after returning the original product for a refund.
