All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link.

Depending on your location, deliveries are handled by reputed partners such as Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC, Shadowfax, or India Post.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier service efficiency, weather conditions, and your shipping address.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum threshold.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small service fee may be charged at checkout.
All shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or from the Order Tracking page on our website.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery time:
Please check the tracking link for updates.
If there’s no update for more than 5 days, contact us at zarflifestyle@gmail.com with your order number.
We will promptly investigate the issue and assist in resolving it.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
Zarf Lifestyle will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
8. International Shipping
At present, we only ship orders within India.
